Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 ears corn
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 lime, quartered
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
2. Place ears of corn in individual foil wrappers. Add one teaspoon of butter to each ear. Squeeze lime equally over the four ears of corn. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grill packets over indirect heat, turning occasionally, until corn is tender, about 30 minutes.
