Ingredients
Serves: 12- 3 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 large pre-made pizza dough (e.g. Bobboli brand) or flat bread
- 1 cup grated cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 (12 ounce can) black beans
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- sour cream and salsa to top
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees F.
2. Make a simple guacamole by combining avocadoes, lime juice, salt, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Season with cayenne.
