Grilled crab cakes recipe details
These crabcakes are really flavorful and packed with crabmeat. A sure hit for a special meal.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 6oz. can of regular crabmeat
- 2 eggs
- 15- 20 Ritz(R) type crackers (crushed)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonaise
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay(R) Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 6oz. cans of lump crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, setting1. In a medium sized bowl combine regular crabmeat, eggs, crackers, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, Old Bay Seasoning, red pepper flakes, 0nion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire.
2. Fold lump crabmeat into mixture.
3. Form into 6 1-inch thick crab cakes.
4. Melt Butter and brush both sides of crab cakes.
5. Place into refrigerator for 2hrs to set.
6. Grill crab cakes over a lightly oiled grate for 4-6 min. per side. Be careful when turning so that they don’t break apart.
7. Serve immediately.
