This smoky corn relish turns your burgers and sandwiches from good to great.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 ears sweet corn, husks removed
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Grill corn for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until corn kernels are tender and beginning to brown. Transfer to a cutting board.
