A simple sauce for wings, highlighted by the summer flavor of cola–and heated by cayenne pepper.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can cola
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds chicken wings, separated at the joint, wing tips thrown out
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat grill to medium heat and prepare for indirect grilling with a drip pan. Lightly oil grate.
2. Stir hot sauce, cola, cayenne pepper, and pepper together in a bowl to make sauce.
3. Place chicken on the grill, close lid, and cook for 10 minutes. Brush with sauce, then grill for 10 to 20 minutes longer, until the wings are cooked through. Coat with the sauce often. Serve.
