Grilled citrus trout recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 fluid ounces of orange juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (8 ounce) rainbow trout, cleaned
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Combine lemon, onion, parsley, orange juice, oil, garlic, mustard, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and shake to mix, then open and add the fish. Seal bag, turn to coat, and refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to High and lightly oil grate.
3. Remove fish from marinade. Strain out the fruit slices and set aside in a bowl; pour the rest of the marinade into a saucepan over medium heat.
4. Grill fish for 6 to 8 minutes, basting with warmed marinade. Then flip the fish, baste again with marinade, and cover with fruit slices. Grill for another 8 to 10 minutes.
