6 small | zucchini, washed, grated in blender with skin |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, crushed or minced |
Instructions
Wash zucchini, trim off ends and process in a blender so that you have tiny strips.Sauté garlic in oil for about 1 minute.
Add grated zucchini, add about 300-400 ml of water, cover, and cook on a simmer for about 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
