|120 g||butter, softened|
|140 g||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|240 ml||double cream|
Beat butter and cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add cream and mix until mixture resembles scrambled eggs.
Cook pasta al dente and drain. Pour pasta into bowl with the sauce and toss well. Serve.
