Grape Dessert Salad recipe
|2 kg||red and green grapes, seedless|
|250 g||Mascarpone cream cheese|
|500 ml||sour cream|
|200 g||white sugar|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|For the topping:|
|200 g||brown sugar|
|60 g||pecans, chopped|
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar and vanilla in a blender and process until relatively smooth. Gently mix in grapes.
For the topping mix together brown sugar and pecans.
To serve, spoon grape salad into serving bowls and sprinkle with topping. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
