Roasted plums recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | plums, pitted, halved |
25 g | red currants |
3 tbsp | plum juice |
2 tbsp | orange juice |
1 sprig(s) | rosemary |
2 sprig(s) | lavendar |
1 tsp | honey |
natural yogurt |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C.Combine juicees, rosemary, lavender and honey in a small saucepan and cook over a low heat for 4-5 minutes, until you have a light syrup. Remove from the heat, add the redcurrants and leave to cool.
Line a roasting tin with baking paper and arrange the plum halves in it, cut-side up. Spoon half of the syrup over the plums.
Roast plums in the oven for 15 minutes.
Arrange the plums on a serving plate and drizzle with the remaining syrup. Top with yoghurt.
