I revised the granny’s ice cream, using vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream, making it more creamy and less sour. It is still very versatile and easy.

- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Prep: 10 mins

1. Beat the egg whites until light and fluffy in a glass bowl.
2. Carefully add the sugar, beat until peaks form.
3. Add the yogurt, stirring carefully.
4. Put into freezer, stirring every 30 minutes until frozen.Cook Information Cleanup:
