Ingredients
Serves: 8- 3 (16 ounce) cans Bush’s(R) Original Recipe Baked Beans
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 strips low fat bacon
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. Mix all ingredients, less bacon, in a grill-safe container and set on low-fire end of grill, without lid, for 1 hour, and continuously stir. Slight crusting is desired at surface of dish.
2. Once crusting appears, place bacon strips on surface, criss cross if necessary to cover as much of dish as possible.
3. Place container with lid on low-fire end of grill, venting and stirring continuously to prevent ingredients from burning in container. Remove no sooner than 20 minutes, or until desired texture.
