Ingredients

canned of fresh tomatoes |
250 |
pasta, short |
150 |
Gorgonzola cheese |

white wine |
|
salt and pepper to taste |

parsley to garnish, chopped |
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.
While pasta is cooking prepare the sauce. Melt Gorgonzola cheese in a sauce pan over low heat. When melted add a little bit of white wine.
Add tomatoes and stir well with a wooden spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour pasta into the sauce and mix well. Fill into plates and garnish with parsley.
Serve with a green salad and bread.
