Ingredients
200 g | Gorgonzola |
1 pinch(es) | flour |
200 ml | cream |
100 ml | double cream |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
1 pinch(es) | pepper |
1 pinch(es) | nutmeg |
1 dash(es) | white wine |
Instructions
Sauté the onion in butter. Stir in a little flour and cook stirring until pale yellow. Deglaze with 200 ml cream and cook until thickened. Add double cream to taste. Add the Gorgonzola and stir until well combined.Season to taste with white wine, salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta or Gnocchi.
