Ingredients
240 ml | double cream |
60 ml | dry white wine |
130 g | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine the cream and wine in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, whilst stirring. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and stir well. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture lightly coats a spoon when dipped in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.Serve over pasta.
