Ingredients

4 tbsp | milk |
250 g | gooseberries |
100 g | white chocolate, grated |
150 g | soft butter |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
125 g | brown sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
3 | eggs |
275 g | flour |
icing sugar | |
cocoa powder |
Instructions
In a bowl, cream together the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Sift in the flour and the baking powder and stir, adding by and by the milk and chocolate. Finally fold in the gooseberries.Preheat the oven to 150°C. Pour the mixture into buttered muffin cups up to ¾ . Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
Serve dusted with icing sugar or cocoa powder.
