Ingredients
5 | Ladyfingers |
1 tbsp | instant coffee powder |
1 | banana |
200 ml | whipping cream |
1 tsp | sugar |
some | almonds, grated |
juice of half a lemon | |
1 | strawberry for decoration |
Instructions
Crush 2.5 lady fingers into a small dessert dish. Dissolve the instant coffee (or espresso with sugar) in hot water and with a spoon pour over the crushed lady fingers.Mash up one banana with a fork and drizzle juice of half a lemon on top and combine with the mashed banana. With a spoon put half of the mixture on top of the lady fingers and mix it up slightly.
Whip cream and with a spoon put the cream on top of the banana mix. Cut up one strawberry into four pieces and place on top of the cream. Drizzle ground almonds on top and place in the fridge to chill. Serve after about one hour.
