Goat cheese cream with honey and olive oil recipe details
Ingredients
For the cream: | |
200 g | fresh goat cheese |
60 g | liquid acacia honey |
40 ml | cognac |
130 g | single cream |
For the sauce: | |
80 ml | olive oil |
40 g | honey |
1 shot(s) | lemon juice |
Instructions
Whisk the single cream until stiff. Stir together the cheese, honey and Cognac. Fold in the whipped cream. Evenly divide the cream into 4 cups and leave to set in a cool place.For the honey sauce mix all ingredients with a hand blender.
Turn out the goat cheese cream onto dessert plates and drizzle with the honey sauce.
