Gnocchi in salmon and dill sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | gnocchi, ready to cook |
150 g | smoked salmon, diced |
1 bunch(es) | dill, chopped |
1 | onion, chopped |
125 g | cream cheese |
125 g | single cream |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
200 ml | vegetable stock |
Instructions
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the onion until lucent. Add cream cheese, cream and stock. Bring to a boil. Cook stirring over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Take from heat and stir in the dill and the salmon. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Drain the gnocchi, add to the sauce and toss gently. Serve immediately.
