|100 g||brown rice flour|
|50 g||tapioca flour|
|1 tbsp||dry yeast|
|2 tbsp||powdered milk|
|1 tsp||unflavoured gelatin|
|1 tsp||Italian seasoning|
|1 tsp||olive oil|
|1 tsp||cider vinegar|
InstructionsPreheat oven to 200 °C.
Blend all ingredients on low speed in a medium bowl using regular beaters.
Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Add water if necessary, one tablespoon at a time, until dough does not resist beaters.
Put mixture on lightly greased 12 inch / 30 cm pizza pan
Liberally sprinkle rice flour on dough, press dough into pan, continuing to sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking to hands. Make edges slightly thicker to hold toppings.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Spread pizza dough with your favourite sauce and toppings. Bake another 20 to 25 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
