Glazed grapefruit with ginger recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoons candied ginger
Cut grapefruit in half crosswise. Cut out sections with a grapefruit knife. Sprinkle each half with 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle each half with 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut and 1 teaspoon candied ginger. Serve warm.
