Broiled grapes recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 bunch seedless red grapes, separated and washed
- 1 bunch seedless green grapes, separated and washed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups lemon yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
Divide grapes among 4 to 6 shallow ramekins. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of grapes. Place ramekins under broiler for about 5 minutes or until brown sugar has melted.
Sauce: Mix lemon yogurt, extract, and peel and microwave until warm. Pour sauce over grapes.
Notes:Garnish with lemon balm or lemon geranium.
