- Ingredients
- 12 lean bacon strips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay bacon strips flat on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, and cayenne and sprinkle this mixture over bacon strips.
