Ingredients

Serves: 4

• 1 pound sausage links
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 large red apple, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins

1. Cook sausage links in skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-size pieces.
