Ginger salmon burgers recipe details
No, not red-headed salmon burgers, but fresh salmon ground up in your food processor with grated fresh ginger. Makes for great flavor hot out of the skillet.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillets, bones removed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 8 mins1. Stir mayonnaise, half of the mustard, half of the ginger, and half of the soy sauce together in a bowl.
2. Break salmon into pieces and place in a food processor with green onions and remaining mustard, ginger, and soy sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pulse just until chopped.
3. Divide the salmon mixture into four pieces and shape into patties.
4. Pour oil into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Add salmon patties and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping midway through cooking time, until fish is cooked through and outsides are lightly brown. Serve with spiced mayonnaise.
