Ginger Carrots recipe
Ingredients
6 | carrots, peeled, sliced |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | cumin seeds |
1 tsp | fresh ginger, grated |
60 ml | water |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add cumin seeds and cook, stirring, until they start to brown, about 30 seconds. Add ginger and cook for about another 10 seconds.
Add carrots, sprinkle with salt, and stir to combine. Add water, stir and cook until carrots are tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
