Ingredients
250 g | grapes |
1 | banana, sliced |
1 | apple, peeled, cored, chopped |
2 | oranges, sectioned |
For the ginger ale dressing: | |
2 tbsp | gelatin |
60 ml | water, lukewarm |
juice of 1 lemon | |
2 tbsp | sugar |
240 ml | ginger ale |
Instructions
Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add ginger ale, lemon juice and sugar. Let set until thickened a little.
Add fruit, turn into molds and chill until serving.
