|1||apple, peeled, cored, chopped|
|For the ginger ale dressing:|
|60 ml||water, lukewarm|
|juice of 1 lemon|
|240 ml||ginger ale|
Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add ginger ale, lemon juice and sugar. Let set until thickened a little.
Add fruit, turn into molds and chill until serving.
