Gherkin Carpaccio with Roasted Salmon and Balsamico Reduction recipe

|salt and pepper|
Peel the gherkin, cut it into fine slices and arrange the slices on a plate.
Roast the salmon und cut it into pieces.
Reduce balsamic vinegar and sugar in a pan until the mixture becomes syrup-like.
Lay the roasted salmon onto the gherkin-slices and season it with salt and pepper. Drizzle balsamico-reduction and spread the dill over the meal.
Serve with wasabi and roasted Ciabatta.
