3 | onions, best fresh ones |
1 | egg |
salt | |
pepper | |
nutmeg | |
sunflower oil |
Instructions
Grate potatoes and onions into separate bowls. Squeeze potatoes and place – without the liquid that comes out – in a pot with the onions, the egg and the spices. Mix well.Heat oil in a pan. Fry potato pancakes (2 tablespoons each, make them flat in the pan) until brown. Serve fresh with apple sauce.
