Israeli salad recipe

Traditional side dish or a tasty topping. There are a lot of variations including with onions, scallions and more… but my favorite is the basic, which has a fresh crisp and tangy taste.
Ready in: 10 mins
- 2 vine ripened or beefsteak tomatoes
- 2 peeled cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Prep: 10 mins
1. Finely chop tomatoes and cucumbers into 1 mm cubes (takes practice). Mix through the lemon juice, salt and vinegar to taste.
