Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 vine ripened or beefsteak tomatoes
- 2 peeled cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Finely chop tomatoes and cucumbers into 1 mm cubes (takes practice). Mix through the lemon juice, salt and vinegar to taste.
