|1 small||onion, finely chopped|
|60 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
|240 ml||sour cream|
Cook cauliflower until just tender. Drain well.
Place cauliflower, onion, cheese, sour cream, and salt in a casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs and then sprinkle over the cauliflower.
Bake at 180!C for 30 minutes.
