Cauliflower gratin recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | cauliflower |
60 g | butter |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
60 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
240 ml | sour cream |
60 g | breadcrumbs |
¼ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Cook cauliflower until just tender. Drain well.Place cauliflower, onion, cheese, sour cream, and salt in a casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs and then sprinkle over the cauliflower.
Bake at 180!C for 30 minutes.
