- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- One 12-ounce can of beer
Melt margarine Pour into 3 small (3 x 5 x 1/2 inch) loaf pans. Mix flour and sugar, and stir in warm beer. Pour over margarine in loaf pans. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
