Garlic Pizza Wedges
Pizza Preparation time: 15 minutes
- 14-ounce pre-baked Italian bread shell crust
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small red onion,
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano, minced
Place the crust on an ungreased 14 inch pizza pan.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and oregano and then spread over crust.
Bake at 450 degrees or until edges are slightly browned. Cut into wedges.
