- Ingredients – French Toast:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- powdered sugar
- Ingredients – Egg Mixture:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ingredients – Orange Butter:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 pound salted butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 small can frozen orange juice
Orange Butter: Beat all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use.
French Toast:Spread cream cheese on each side of 1/4-inch slices of French bread. Spread orange marmalade on one side of French bread. Put slices of above bread together, making a sandwich.
Egg Mixture: Beat egg, then add remaining ingredients. Dip the above sandwich into this mixture. Cook on medium heat grill until golden brown. Top with orange butter and powdered sugar.
