Garlic carrots recipe details
Ingredients
6 large | carrots |
2 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
1 tsp | salt |
Instructions
Clean carrots and slice in fine, long slices. Heat sesame oil in frying pan or wok, add carrots and fry on high heat for 1 minute.Crush the garlic right on top of the carrots, add the salt and fry for another minute or two. Carrots should still have a bite to them.
Serve with Asian dishes.
