Pork chops with rosemary recipe details
Ingredients
550 g | pork fillet, cut in 2cm slices |
1 tbsp | oil |
fresh rosemary sprigs | |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Top each slice of pork fillet with a small rosemary sprig. Fix with kitchen yarn. Season with salt and pepper.In a pan, heat the oil. Briefly fry the chops until golden brown and just cooked through. Remove from the pan, cover with aluminium foil and allow to stand for 3-4 minutes before serving.
