Garlic and Chive Butter

I found a recipe for garlic butter and thought I’d add some fresh chives for a taste treat. The guys in the camp love this butter on home fries for breakfast. It also works well on grilled shrimp.
Ready in: 5 hours
- 3 large cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 handful fresh chives
- 1 pound room-temperature butter
Prep: 5 mins
| Extra time: 4 hours 55 mins
1. Mince garlic finely (I use coarse salt as a grinding agent). Chop up chives.
2. Mix all together in large bowl. You can then put butter in the freezer or fridge till needed.
