Ingredients
230 g | natural yogurt |
120 ml | sour cream |
2 | carrots, shredded |
2 | green onions, chopped |
some | parsley, chopped |
2 tbsp | blue cheese, crumbled |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours. Serve with salad greens or as a dip with fresh vegetable.Preparation time:
