Fruit salad with coconut cream recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | cape gooseberries, halved |
¼ | pineapple, diced |
1 | mango, diced |
2 | kiwi, diced |
200 ml | orange juice |
100 ml | whipping cream |
150 g | yoghurt with coconut flavour |
2 sprig(s) | lemon balm |
2 tbsp | shredded coconut, roasted |
Instructions
Whisk the cream until stiff, then fold in the yoghurt.In a bowl, combine the cape gooseberries, pineapple, mango and kiwi with the orange juice. Top with the cream. Serve sprinkled with lemon balm and shredded coconut.
