Fruit Salad With Coconut Cream recipe
|100 g||cape gooseberries, halved|
|200 ml||orange juice|
|100 ml||whipping cream|
|150 g||yoghurt with coconut flavour|
|2 sprig(s)||lemon balm|
|2 tbsp||shredded coconut, roasted|
Whisk the cream until stiff, then fold in the yoghurt.
In a bowl, combine the cape gooseberries, pineapple, mango and kiwi with the orange juice. Top with the cream. Serve sprinkled with lemon balm and shredded coconut.
