|2||blood oranges, peeled, pitted|
|3||passion fruits, cut in half, pulp scooped out|
|1||kiwi, peeled, quartered|
|200 g||mango, cubed|
|200 g||pineapple chunks, cubed|
|1 tbsp||fresh mint, chopped|
|whipping cream, whipped, if desired|
Squeeze oranges and reserve juices in a bowl. Add all remaining fruit to the orange juice as well as sugar, mint and salt and toss to combine. Prepare 2 hours ahead of serving time. Cover and chill.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
