Tropical fruit compote recipe details
Ingredients
2 | blood oranges, peeled, pitted |
3 | passion fruits, cut in half, pulp scooped out |
1 | kiwi, peeled, quartered |
200 g | mango, cubed |
200 g | pineapple chunks, cubed |
2 tsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
whipping cream, whipped, if desired |
Instructions
Squeeze oranges and reserve juices in a bowl. Add all remaining fruit to the orange juice as well as sugar, mint and salt and toss to combine. Prepare 2 hours ahead of serving time. Cover and chill.Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
