Ingredients
For the dough: | |
2 medium | eggs, separated |
80 g | sugar |
40 g | flour |
40 g | cornflour |
½ tsp | baking powder |
butter | |
For the topping: | |
300 g | strawberries, diced |
3 leaves | gelatin |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 | kiwi, peeled and sliced |
50 g | melon, diced |
100 g | grapes, halved |
50 g | banana, sliced |
100 g | sour cream |
Instructions
Whisk the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of water until stiff. Stir in the sugar. Fold in the egg yolks. Mix together the flour, cornflour and the baking powder and fold into the egg mixture.Pour the batter into a buttered and floured pizza tray. Bake at 140°C for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the tray and allow to cool.
Purée the strawberries. Soak the gelatin in a little water. Dissolve the gelatin and stir into the strawberry purée. Coat the pizza base with the strawberry purée. Top with the other fruits and sprinkle with sugar. Garnish with dabs of sour cream and serve fresh.
