Ingredients:
2 cups small ice cubes (fill blender 1/3 full)
1 cup papaya nectar
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 ripe banana
About 1/3 cup frozen blackberries or frozen raspberries (not packed in syrup)
1 Tablespoon canned cream of coconut (a key ingredient in pina coladas, available in the liquor department of your grocery store)
Instructions:

In a blender, blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth.

Serves: 4 to 6
