1 banana per person, sliced
1 Tablespoon chopped dates
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon amaretto
Instructions:

Melt brown sugar and butter in a skillet until it sizzles; add sliced bananas and toss quickly until heated through. Sprinkle with amaretto and place on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped nuts and Craisins(dried cranberries).
