- Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- One 12-ounce can beer, room temperature
- 1/2 cup raisins and chopped walnuts, optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes very tasteful, dense, sweet bread.
