Fruit and coconut macaroons recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | dried mango, diced |
25 g | dried cherries, diced |
50 g | butter |
2 medium | egg whites |
75 g | sugar |
75 g | honey |
200 g | coconut flakes |
Instructions
Melt the butter and allow to cool a bit. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the sugar and the honey and whisk for 5 minutes. Add the butter, the coconut flakes and the fruits and stir until well combined.Spoon approximately 30 heaps of the mixture onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 12 minutes.
