Coconut lobster salad recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | lobster tail meat, cooked |
1 head(s) | bib lettuce, washed and leaves separated |
1 | tomato, sliced |
½ | overripe avocado, peeled |
6 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | lime juice |
1 tsp | coconut cream |
dash(es) | red pepper sauce |
Instructions
On 4 plates arrange lettuce and tomato slices.Place lobster on the dishes.
In a blender, add coconut cream, hot sauce, mayonnaise and avocado and blend until smooth. Pour dressing over salad, serve immediately.
