|4||bananas, cut into chunks|
|½ tsp||vanilla extract|
|3 ½ tbsp||sugar|
Spread the banana chunks out on a tray and transfer to the freezer. Leave the banana in the freezer for about one hour.
Combine the frozen banana chunks, vanilla, sugar and half of the buttermilk in a blender and proces for a few seconds. Then, while the blender is still running, pour in the remaining buttermilk.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve at once.
