Frozen banana cream recipe details
Ingredients
4 | bananas, cut into chunks |
½ tsp | vanilla extract |
3 ½ tbsp | sugar |
150 ml | buttermilk |
Instructions
Spread the banana chunks out on a tray and transfer to the freezer. Leave the banana in the freezer for about one hour.Combine the frozen banana chunks, vanilla, sugar and half of the buttermilk in a blender and proces for a few seconds. Then, while the blender is still running, pour in the remaining buttermilk.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve at once.
