Fried tonno palermo style recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | fresh tuna, cut in slices |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
rosemary | |
½ | lemon, juice |
salt and pepper | |
olive oil | |
2 tbsp | butter |
4 | tomatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
4 slice(s) | lemon |
Instructions
In a shallow bowl mix garlic, rosemary and lemon juice. Turn the tuna slices in the mixture until well coated and marinate the tuna for 10 minutes.Season to taste with salt and pepper. In a skillet fry the tuna in hot oil for 2 minutes from both sides. Remove the tuna from the pan and place on warmed serving plates.
Heat the butter in the pan and the sauté the tomatoes. Stir in the parsley. Pour the tomatoes over the fish and serve garnished with lemon slices.
