Fried String Beans with Beef recipe

|500 g||green string beans|
|3 clove(s)||garlic, chopped|
|150 g||beef fillet, thinly sliced|
|7 tbsp||soy sauce|
|oil, for frying|
Pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce over the beef slices and leave to marinate. Cut off the ends of the string beans, then cut the beans into 2 inch pieces.
Heat some oil and fry the garlic. Add the beans and fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Switch down the heat slightly and add the beef slices. Fry with the beans for 3 more minutes then add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Keep frying until soy sauce has evaporated.
Serve with white rice.
