Fried string beans with beef recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | green string beans |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
150 g | beef fillet, thinly sliced |
7 tbsp | soy sauce |
oil, for frying |
Instructions
Pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce over the beef slices and leave to marinate. Cut off the ends of the string beans, then cut the beans into 2 inch pieces.Heat some oil and fry the garlic. Add the beans and fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Switch down the heat slightly and add the beef slices. Fry with the beans for 3 more minutes then add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Keep frying until soy sauce has evaporated.
Serve with white rice.
