These tasty meatballs will disappear fast from your party or man cave. They take a little bit of work, but you’ll see why its worth it when (or if) you get to try one yourself.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup soft white bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 drops Tabasco(R) sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 35 mins1. Gently mix milk, bread crumbs, soup mix, and ground beef. Form into meatballs that are 1 inch across. Toss the meatballs with the flour to coat.
2. Pour canola oil into a large skillet and place over medium heat. Fry meatballs in hot oil, working in batches, until golden-brown. (The meatballs will finish cooking through in the sauce.) Return all fried meatballs to the skillet.
3. Whisk together water, ketchup, molasses, vinegar, mustard, oregano, garlic powder, and Tabasco in a bowl. Pour over the meatballs in the skillet.
4. When the sauce comes to a boil in the skillet, cover. Simmer on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes to finish cooking the meatballs.
